How long will it take for my item to arrive?
UK Orders: Dispatch within 1-2 working days. 1st Class items will usually be delivered 1 day after dispatch. 2nd Class items will usually be delivered between 2-3 days after dispatch.
International Orders: Dispatch within 3-4 working days. These can take up to 20 days to arrive. Please email us if you haven’t received your item within this timeframe.
Can I pick up an item directly?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our Glasgow studio once it has been confirmed. To arrange a pick up slot please email us. We are usually available Mon-Fri 10-5pm and offer half an hour pick up slots.
How do I return/refund an item?
If items are damaged please email hello@hotpinkpress.co.uk with a photo and description of the damage and whether you’d like us to resend or refund the product.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return a product please email us within 14 days of delivery date. We will contact you with instructions of how to return the product. You will receive your refund within 14 days.
Buyers are liable for the cost of returning an item and postage costs are non-refundable. We advise sending high value items tracked.
What happens if I can’t make a workshop/induction?
We will refund your booking for workshops or inductions if cancelled within 72 hours of the session. Please email us at hello@hotpinkpress.co.uk to let us know if you can’t make your session.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop/induction will not be refunded.
