Risograph Zine Workshop for Glasgow Zine Fest
Join Rachel & Mo, founders of Inkling, for a playful and hands on Risograph workshop where you make your own zine for this year’s Glasgow Zine Fest communal table! These sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and beginners are welcome.
Date & Time
Sunday 8th May, 1:30 - 4pm
Workshop
We will introduce you to the Risograph printing process and will supply a variety of collage & mark-making materials for you to create artwork ready for printing. Each person will print an edition of 30 x A3 2-colour Risograph prints using the famous one page zine folding method.
For this workshop we recommend you bring your own zine idea! Personal stories, collections of interesting items, short stories or instructional manuals - zines are a great way to share your ideas with the world.
Please note this session is suitable for those aged 16 and over.
Accessibility & Location
The studio is based in Strathbungo, Glasgow and is a 5 minute walk from Queens Park station. There is free on street parking in the surrounding area. The studio address will be sent to you ahead of the induction. We are based on the ground floor, with an accessible doorway and have an accessible toilet. If you have any accessibility requirements you’d like to discuss please email Rachel at hello@hotpinkpress.co.uk.
Refund Policy
We will refund your booking for workshops or inductions if cancelled within 7 days of the session. Please email us at hello@hotpinkpress.co.uk to let us know if you can’t make your session.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop/induction will not be refunded.
